Constructive Dismissal

There are many unlawful methods for pressuring employees to quit.

Constructive dismissal is a subtle form of sustained harassment designed to stress and antagonize an employee until they leave voluntarily.

Sometimes, even a short statement to the effect that you should consider leaving could be enough to create a hostile environment for an employee.

Often, employers will introduce a 'difficult' employee to a constructive process under the guise of improving their performance but in reality, such processes almost always result in their resignation.

Is this happening to you?
